Saddle up y’all! Your favorite party that makes a difference in the lives of others is back and bigger than ever in 2019! We asked and you answered. Based off your valuable feedback, we’re bringing back what you loved as well as enhancing your Purple Party Weekend experience with some Texas-sized changes. All to make this a weekend you won’t forget!

• It’s a Purple invasion! We’re taking over the entire host hotel, Aloft Dallas Downtown. New deeply-discounted rooms are available to weekend pass purchasers. **Limited quantity available.**
• Leave your car keys at home and take a spin in one of our complimentary shuttles. We’ll have double shuttles running from our host hotel to insure that you’ll get to our nighttime events faster than ever.
• NEW!! RFID Armbands for Pass Holders. No need to pull out your phone or print tickets. Pass holders will now have one armband to wear that grants entry to our weekend events. Just tap-and-go!
• NEW!! Primetime Pass – Daytime parties not your thing? Get a discounted pass for entry into our three nighttime events: IGNITE, THE PURPLE PARTY and GLOW.
• THE PURPLE PARTY | The Main Event | South Side Ballroom – We got too big for our britches so we’re moving into a larger space within the same spectacular special events venue. Bigger space, bigger sound, bigger production.
• REVIVAL | Tea Dance | Deep Ellum Art Co – We’re staying immersed in Deep Ellum’s eclectic scene but moving into a larger outdoor space with room for all your friends.
• GLOW | Closing Party | Stereo Live – This multi-level Dallas dance club favorite features vintage architecture with a modern sound system.

OUR MISSION

Purple Foundation raises funds for those living with or affected by HIV/AIDS; and improving the overall quality of life, health, and wellness of the Dallas LGBT community.

WHO WE ARE

Purple Foundation is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, founded in 2001 by Saul Flores and group of great friends. With donated proceeds of more than $860,000, Purple Foundation has become an invaluable source of revenue for local charity organizations whose work reflects our mission.

WHAT WE DO

Purple Foundation produces several dance fundraisers and social events throughout the year. Purple Foundation’s premier dance fundraiser, Purple Party Weekend, is a sensational weekend of dance events featuring electrifying visual performances and music by some of the world’s most popular DJs. Purple Party Weekend attracts dance-music lovers from all over the world and is the largest nonprofit, all-volunteer charity dance weekend in the United States.  In addition to Purple Party Weekend, Purple Foundation produces Purple Pride Weekend, during Dallas Gay Pride Weekend, and several quarterly dance events at various Dallas venues.
